What should I do if my lighting product arrives damaged or not working?
If your chandelier or lighting fixture arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in new or lightly used condition with all original packaging, accessories, and parts included. Return shipping is fully covered by Geenme.
Do your lighting products come with installation instructions?
Yes. Most products include installation instructions, and some models come with additional mounting accessories. For safety, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician, especially for chandeliers.
